DEPOSITS

$35 Deposits needed prior to booking. Non- refundable! Deposit goes towards price of scheduled treatment.

LATE POLICY

Every minute you are late, will be reflected on the service time (5 minutes late= 5 minutes lost of treatment time). If a client is running over 15 minutes late, the service will need to be rescheduled. Appointment must be rescheduled within the following 7 days in order for the Deposit to remain valid. If 7 days have passed, and client has not yet rescheduled, a new deposit will need to be paid in order to book again.

NO SHOW

No Shows will be charged full service price, and are not permitted to book, or reschedule.

CANCELLATIONS

Appointments cancelled after 24 hours prior to your treatment, with, and without notice (NO-SHOW), will be charged be FULL service price. Client has 7 days to book and receive, ‘New’ appointment, using credit for said Cancelled appointment. After 7 days, Client will need to pay a new deposit to book a new treatment.

GUESTS/ CELL PHONES

KMB takes pride in providing luxe, relaxing treatments.

Extra guests and cellphone usage are not permitted during your scheduled service time.
